I'm 21 years old and was hoping to run my first half marathon in march 2013- unfortunately I have a knee injury IN BOTH KNEES so I had to drop out, but I'm on the waiting list for physiotherapy and the plan is to run my own half marathon by the end of 2013!
Fresh motivation. I will do this.

got rid of my GW/UGW as since I've started toning and squating my weights going up and my measurements are going down... my goal is to be able to do a handstand and all those other cool handstand related positions and hey, I wouldn't mind if I had a flat stomach and an ass that won't quit ;)
Faced with an unlimited breakfast buffet of pastries, full English, cereals etc I think I did remarkably well and look! Fruit salad with passionfruit and mango and melon and grapes and pineapple…
My god what a breakfast :D
